Shipping policy

Every Vela Wave order ships free within the United States. No minimum, no add-on charges at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only. We're not shipping internationally yet.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Processing happens on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery estimates

Once processed, standard delivery typically takes 6-12 business days.

These are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, weather, and peak shopping periods can all affect delivery. If timing matters for a specific occasion, please order with room to spare.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking may take a day or two to show its first scan after dispatch, and it's normal for it to go quiet for a stretch mid-transit.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly, but email us right away and we'll help if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has shown no movement for 15 business days, email support@velawavehair.com. We'll either reship your order or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
